5-Day Replacement and Return Policy

Conditions for Replacement and Return:

  • Replacement or return requests must be made within five (5) days from the date of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the product and verifying its good condition and compliance with the mentioned conditions, the full amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important Exceptions:

  • Handmade products cannot be replaced or returned due to their unique and customized nature.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for replacement or return.

  • Personal products (such as underwear) for health reasons cannot be replaced or returned.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive in the best condition.

Shipping Timeframe:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within five business days (5 business days) from the order confirmation date.

  • Business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays and weekends.

  • You will be notified with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Important Delivery Instructions:

  • It is strictly prohibited to open the shipment or package upon the arrival of the delivery representative and before official receipt.

  • Please verify the external condition of the package before signing for receipt.

  • If there is visible damage to the package, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • The package should be opened only after signing for receipt. If an internal defect is found, please contact customer service within 24 hours with supporting photos.
